Frontier Performance Scorecard

This is our most stringent and extensive testing to validate Jesse's capabilities. Every question goes to the live service, and the grader, not Jesse, decides: code is compiled and run, proofs are kernel-checked, and measured runs are signed. The results are shared in full below.
